Is RetroGM Star Dominion free?
Yes. It is free in your browser, with no account and no download, and it works offline once loaded.
Is every game different?
Yes. Each game makes a new galaxy: small, medium or large, shaped as a spiral, clusters, a ring or a scatter, with three to eight factions of different personalities and its own planets and deposits.
Do resources run out?
Yes. Every deposit is finite. When a planet is mined out you move on to another one, or take it from someone else. The rare materials that the biggest warships need run out first.
Is it real time or turn based?
Real time with pause: pause and four speeds, so you can stop the clock whenever you need to think.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The galaxy map supports pinch to zoom, and every panel opens as a sheet on phones.
