Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026. Applies to RetroGM games (including RetroGM Soccer Manager) on the web, iOS, Android and Windows.

The short version

We do not collect, sell or share personal data. There is no account, no sign-in and no tracking. Your saved games stay on your device.

Data stored on your device

Saved games, settings (language, game speed) and your Pro unlock status are stored locally on your device (browser storage or app storage). They are never sent to us. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data, deletes them. You can export a save file yourself; what you do with that file is up to you.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, email or payment details; we only receive confirmation that the purchase is valid, so the game can unlock Pro and restore it on your other devices. If we use a purchase-validation service (such as RevenueCat), it receives only an anonymous app user ID and the purchase receipt.

Website

retrogm.com is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse; we do not use it to identify you. The website has no analytics and no advertising cookies today. If we add ads or analytics to the free web version in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Children

The games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question, write to support@retrogm.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
