RetroGM games are provided for personal entertainment. By playing them you agree to these terms.
App stores
If you downloaded a RetroGM app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms add to those agreements.
Purchases
RetroGM Soccer Manager is free to play. The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can restore Pro on your other devices with the same store account using “Restore purchases”.
Fictional content
All clubs, players, competitions and results in the default game world are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or organizations is coincidental. RetroGM is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club, federation or player.
Your own databases
The editor lets you create and import your own leagues and squads. You are responsible for the content you create, import or share, and must have the right to use it.
No warranty
The games are provided “as is”. We work to keep them stable, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of bugs or that saved games will never be lost. Export your saves if they matter to you. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
